EnergyWise Wellness is an anti-bullying and natural stress management program dedicated to teaching Holistic & Mindful Living Principles to children ages 3 thru 13 years and the significant adults in their lives.
Our Wellness Programs promote the connection between the mind, body, & heart, offering a foundation for lifelong healthy habits.
Child centered activities develop your Child's Inner Spirit through learning the language of the heart, compassion and empathy for ourselves and others, gratitude and appreciation expanding world peace and dream it to achieve intention setting strategies - all necessary and required skills for both social and academic success in today's world!

Each Child completes an individual creative art take-home activity as well as experiences including self-empowering activities designed to strengthen creative and verbal self-expression, community building skills, self-confidence, and focus. Classes meet weekly for 45 minutes over a 12 week period.
Parents, Teachers, and Community Leaders are provided with weekly extension activities including discussion topics, hands-on projects, and suggested book readings. Children obtain strategies that will focus them on healthy and mindful-living, learning, and growing.
EnergyWise Wellness Classes for children ages 3-11 years and for youth ages 11-13 years, Our PowerUP! for Peace Classes are an integral part of any homeschool setting, traditional school classroom, or community afterschool program for both Instructor and Student.
PowerUp! for Peace Classes follow the same format as our unique after-school program teaching kids how to handle Life's Challenges. Students learn simple, Universal Laws and Strategies that empower them to succeed. By understanding how the world works from a holistic point of view, it makes it easier to navigate through Life with Joy, Love, and Happiness.
Core concepts are experienced through invidual and cooperative activities involving visual and performing arts, nature studies, yoga games, goal setting and community service. Students are empowered to use their innate Gifts of Compassion, Empathy and Wisdom to foster Peace in their local communities and throughout the world.
